Delivery Times

We deliver nationwide within 2-5 working days. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under R600: R50 shipping fee
  • Orders R600 - R899: R20 shipping fee
  • Orders R900 and above: FREE shipping

How It Works

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. When your order is dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and surrounding areas. For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.

Tracking Your Order

Track your order status by contacting us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We'll provide you with real-time updates on your delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not available to receive your order, our courier will attempt delivery again the next business day. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us and you'll need to arrange redelivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting us.

Refunds

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Our EDP (Eau de Parfum) fragrances typically last 6-8 hours on skin, while our roll-ons provide 4-6 hours of scent. Longevity varies based on skin type, application area, and environmental factors.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, all our fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable manufacturers. We take pride in offering only genuine, high-quality products.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your preferred size, click "Add to Cart," then proceed to checkout. You can complete your order via WhatsApp or Email for your convenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), instant EFT, and cash on delivery for select areas. Payment details will be provided when you place your order.

Can I return a fragrance if I don't like it?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Simply mention it in your order notes, and we'll beautifully package your items.
